I recently had an exceptional experience at Tyreplus Plus CTC Deira Suzuki. When my Michelin tyre got punctured and went flat, I called them immediately since I had a warranty from when I purchased four new tyres at the shop. They instructed me to come in for an inspection and assured me they’d replace it with a new one. Remarkably, they acted fast and changed my tyre on the same day! A special thanks goes to Faroyk, the mechanic, who was professional, knowledgeable, and truly reassuring throughout the process. The warranty claim was smooth, easy, and fast. One suggestion for improvement: consider partnering with a towing/recovery company that can assist by sending customers directly to the shop in case of emergencies. This would further enhance the convenience and overall customer experience. I highly recommend Tyreplus Plus CTC Deira Suzuki for their prompt and reliable service.
